“The room was perfect for our needs. We saw a concert at the amphitheater across the street. There was easy access to and from the venue. The front desk staff was so helpful with our reservation. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a great variety of items something for everyone. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Not made for Seniors. Door to enter the room was 12” from the ground. very hard to step up in to the room, no step. TV was only apps/subcriptions. Never saw that before in a Motel/Hotel. Needs to update worn dirty carpet. To get to the lobby had to walk down 7 steps, same to get to the breakfast.”

I called ahead to make some surprise arrangements and they were so accommodating, and had some great ideas themselves. Ive been telling everyone that they should go check this bed and breakfast out. The views are spectacular. I would also recommend the dinner - multi course and delicious! You can eat inside or outside, and they will seat you based on your preference of view. “This is a great historic hotel 2 miles from Georgetown. I had a beautiful Victorian Rose themed room (#2). Pay attention to check-in instructions as there is no staff. I have T-Mobile and the service was very poor. Download your instructions before you arrive.”

“From the moment we were greeted by Kit in reception we felt at home. All of the staff we met welcomed us warmly and provided everything we needed. The location is stunning and one of a kind, we especially enjoyed sitting by the creek, just relaxing and chatting. Thanks to the management and the maintenance staff too; there was an attention to detail in everything we saw from the breakfast arrangement, to the care of the property itself. “The room was very clean. The rooms are unique. We had the Dove Suite and it was great. The layouts are all unique I think. The Dove Suite has a HUGE bathroom with a big shower stall. No breakfast, but all the basic amenities. A unique historic place that is well kept and above all clean.”
